The Challenge
Le Méridien Lav is a 381-room resort on Split's Podstrana coastline with a conference centre, beach club, multiple restaurants, and a year-round events calendar. The hotel hosts everything from corporate conferences and gala dinners to wedding receptions and seasonal entertainment. They needed a reliable local partner who could provide event sound, DJ entertainment, and production support at a consistently high standard — without having to brief a new vendor for every event.
Our Solution
We became Le Méridien Lav's go-to event production partner. For seasonal entertainment, we programme a rotating DJ schedule for their outdoor venues — pool terrace and beach areas — with sets tailored to the hotel's international guest demographic. For conferences and galas, we provide sound systems, wireless microphones, and technical crew. For private celebrations, we deliver full DJ and lighting packages. Because we're based 15 minutes from the property, we respond same-day and our crew already knows every space in the resort.

The summer season at Le Méridien Lav runs from May through October. During this period, we programme regular DJ sets for the hotel’s outdoor venues:

- Beach club — Sunset sessions transitioning from chill to upbeat as the evening builds
- Special events — Full production for themed nights, holiday celebrations, and VIP evenings
