Rental Requirements
A few simple requirements to keep the process smooth for everyone.
Valid ID or Business Registration
Passport, national ID, or company registration document. For companies, we can invoice directly.
Deposit (20% of Rental Value)
Refundable security deposit paid before equipment handover. Returned in full upon undamaged return. Bank transfer, credit card, or cash accepted.
Signed Rental Agreement
Standard rental contract covering equipment list, rental period, responsibilities, and return conditions. Available in English and Croatian.
Repeat clients: After your first rental, we streamline the process. Deposit can be reduced and agreements pre-signed for regular accounts.

Dry-Hire FAQ
What is dry-hire (samo najam)?
Dry-hire means renting equipment without an operator or technician. You collect or receive the equipment, set it up yourself, operate it during your event, and return it after. This is ideal for production companies, experienced DJs, and event agencies who have their own technical staff.
Do I get a discount for dry-hire vs. full-service rental?
Yes. Dry-hire rates are 10-20% lower than our standard daily rates since no operator or technician is included. The exact discount depends on the equipment and rental duration. Multi-day rentals receive additional volume discounts.
What deposit is required?
We require a deposit of 20% of the total rental value, paid before equipment handover. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of equipment in the same condition. We accept bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
Can I pick up equipment or do you deliver?
Both options are available. You can collect equipment from our warehouse in Split during business hours, or we can deliver anywhere in Croatia. Delivery within Split (15 km) is free for orders over EUR 300. Island and long-distance delivery fees apply.
What happens if something breaks during my event?
All dry-hire rentals include 24/7 phone support. If you experience a technical issue, call us and we will troubleshoot remotely. For critical failures, we can dispatch a replacement or technician (service call fees may apply). We also offer an optional damage waiver insurance for full peace of mind.
Do I need to bring my own cables and stands?
No. All equipment comes with standard cabling, power cables, and necessary stands. Speaker stands, microphone stands, and DJ stands are included at no extra cost. Specialized rigging or custom cabling is available on request.
