Do you deliver equipment to Croatian islands?

Yes, we provide full delivery and logistics to all major Croatian islands including Hvar, Brac, Vis, Korcula, and Solta. We handle ferry bookings, transport, and can coordinate tender transfers for yacht events.

How far in advance should I book island delivery?

For Brac and Solta, 24-48 hours is usually sufficient. For Hvar, we recommend 48-72 hours. For Vis and Korcula, please book at least 72 hours in advance due to limited ferry schedules and longer travel times.

What happens if the ferry is cancelled due to weather?

We monitor weather forecasts closely and plan contingencies. If ferries are cancelled, we work with you to reschedule delivery or arrange alternative transport. For critical events, we recommend having equipment on-island a day early.

Can you deliver to yacht charter pickups at ACI marinas?

Absolutely. We regularly deliver to ACI Marina Split, Trogir, and surrounding marinas. We can also arrange tender transfer to yachts anchored in Dalmatian waters for events at sea.

Is there an additional cost for island delivery?

Yes, island delivery incurs additional fees to cover ferry tickets, travel time, and logistics coordination. The exact cost depends on the island and service level. We provide a detailed quote including all delivery costs upfront.

Do you provide a technician for island events?

Yes, our full-service package includes an on-site technician who travels with the equipment. For remote island locations, we recommend this option for troubleshooting and professional operation.

What is your delivery area on the mainland?

We offer same-day delivery throughout Split and surrounding areas (Trogir, Kastela, Omis, Solin). For Zadar, Sibenik, and Dubrovnik, please allow 24-48 hours advance booking.

How is equipment protected during transport?

All equipment is transported in professional flight cases designed for rough handling. For ferry transport, we secure cases with straps and provide waterproof covers. Fragile items like CDJ players travel in foam-lined cases.
