Joining Cosmic is not just about gigs -- it is about growing as a professional. We run regular DJ masterclasses in partnership with Pioneer DJ and Bose Professional, covering advanced mixing, venue acoustics, signal flow, and crowd management.
Our founder Matthew Bee leads hands-on sessions where roster DJs learn industry techniques that set them apart from the competition.

Premium Equipment
Pioneer CDJ-3000, DJM-A9, Bose F1 and S1 Pro arrays — you play, we supply. No need to invest in or transport your own gear.

Technical Crew
Dedicated sound technicians handle all setup, soundcheck, and teardown. You arrive, plug in your USB, and focus purely on performing.

We handle client inquiries, contracts, invoicing, and promotion. Your profile goes on our website and gets presented to every incoming lead.
Island Logistics
Ferry coordination, equipment transport to Hvar, Brac, Vis, and beyond — you just show up and play. We handle the rest.

How It Works
From application to your first gig — here is what the process looks like.
Apply
Send us your application with a demo mix, your experience, and the event types you specialize in.
Audition
We review your mix and invite you for a short audition or demo set at one of our partner venues.
Trial Event
You perform at a real event alongside our team. We evaluate your skill, professionalism, and crowd interaction.
Roster Member
Welcome to the team. You get a profile on our site, access to our equipment, and start receiving bookings.
DJ Roster FAQ
What equipment will I play on?
All our events use Pioneer CDJ-3000 media players, DJM-A9 mixers, and Bose professional speaker arrays. You play — we supply and set up everything. No need to bring your own gear unless you prefer a specific controller.
How does payment work?
You receive a guaranteed fee per event, paid within 7 days of the gig. Rates vary by event type, duration, and location. Wedding and corporate events pay higher than regular bar residencies. We handle all client invoicing — you just perform.
Can I keep my own bookings?
Yes. Joining our roster does not make us exclusive. You are free to take your own gigs independently. We simply provide additional bookings, premium equipment, and logistical support that you would not have access to on your own.
What is the typical event schedule?
Peak season (June through September) is the busiest, with wedding gigs on weekends and hotel residencies during the week. Off-season sees corporate events, private parties, and occasional venue openings. Most roster DJs average 3-5 events per month in season.
