🎬 1. Content Creation & Marketing Intern

Perfect for students who love digital storytelling, photography, and social media. You’ll help plan and publish content for Cosmic Production, DJ Masterclass, and partner brands.

You’ll learn:

How to run social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Writing blogs and captions for SEO

Shooting and editing short-form videos

Basic marketing strategy and performance tracking

🎧 2. Audio-Visual (AV) & Event Support Intern

If you enjoy live events, music, and technology — this is your role. You’ll assist with AV rentals, light and sound setups, and event logistics across different venues and hotels.

You’ll learn:

How professional audio and light systems work

Basics of event preparation and setup

Equipment organization and client delivery

On-site teamwork and problem solving

🎥 3. Video Production & Editing Intern

Join our creative team to capture and edit video content for real events, DJ sets, and brand stories. You’ll work with Canon cameras, DJI gear, and Adobe Premiere/DaVinci Resolve.

You’ll learn:

🎛️ 4. DJ Agency & Artist Communication Intern

For students passionate about electronic music and event management. You’ll help manage DJ bookings, artist profiles, and social media under the DJ Masterclass and Cosmic DJ Agency umbrella.

💼 5. Operations & Business Assistant Intern

Get a taste of how a real creative company operates behind the scenes. You’ll assist in organizing schedules, equipment inventory, and documentation across our different projects.

ERP-style workflows for AV and creative businesses

Basic finance, logistics, and coordination tasks

Workload: 20–30 hours per week

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is accommodation included? Not directly, but we can help you find affordable local options or connect you with previous interns who can share advice. Just FYI during the summer accomodation in Split can be a bit tricky due to the tourist season.

Is the internship paid? Our internships are unpaid, but designed for Erasmus+ participants who receive mobility grants from their universities.

When should I apply? Applications are open all year, but spots fill up quickly for spring and summer (March–October). Let us know your preffered dates and we can manage around those.

Do I need prior experience? Not necessarily — we value motivation and curiosity over perfection. You’ll get guidance and mentorship throughout your stay. There is a certain degree of autonomy required, so you will have the chance to learn and grow in your selected field of study.

Do I need to speak Croatian? No — English is our working language, and most locals speak it fluently.

Can I extend my stay or continue remotely? Yes, if both sides agree — several of our interns continued collaborating online after their placement ends.
