Destination Management Companies (DMCs) are the backbone of Croatia’s incoming tourism industry. When an international client books a destination wedding, corporate incentive, or luxury group experience in Dalmatia, it’s often a DMC that makes it happen on the ground.

How the Partnership Works
Single Point of Contact DMCs juggle dozens of suppliers for each event — caterers, transport, venues, florals, photographers. They don’t have time to manage AV separately. We act as their single point of contact for all things sound, music, and technical production. One email, one invoice, one team that handles everything.
Flexible Scope Some events need a simple wireless mic and speaker for a beach ceremony. Others need a full DJ setup with lighting for a 200-person wedding reception at a historic palace. We scale to match — no overselling, no underpreparing.
Venue Knowledge We’ve worked at most of Dalmatia’s premium event venues — from Dubrovnik’s Sponza Palace to Hvar’s hilltop restaurants to Split’s Diocletian’s Palace. When a DMC says “the client wants a party at Venue X,” we already know the power capacity, noise restrictions, load-in access, and acoustic challenges.
Reliable Logistics Our warehouse is in Split, and we cover the entire Croatian coast. For Dubrovnik events, we plan equipment transport a day in advance. For island events, we coordinate ferry schedules and boat transfers for both crew and gear. DMCs don’t want surprises — and with us, they don’t get them.
