Ego Free Festival is one of Split’s signature music events — a celebration of electronic music culture that brings together local and international DJs. When the organisers need a production partner who can deliver festival-grade sound on time and on budget, they call us.

Our Role

Sound System Design & Deployment Festival sound is a different challenge from venue installations. You’re working outdoors, often with noise restrictions, uneven terrain, and weather variables. We design the system for the specific festival site — calculating coverage, managing sound bleed to neighbouring areas, and ensuring every attendee gets the full experience regardless of where they’re standing.

DJ & Artist Technical Support Every DJ on the lineup has their own rider and preferences. We handle the technical side — from CDJ and mixer setup to monitoring, ensuring seamless changeovers between acts. Our crew runs the stage, so artists can focus on performing.

On-Site Technical Direction From load-in through the final set, our team manages the entire technical operation. Sound checks, level management during the event, troubleshooting — all handled by experienced crew who’ve done this many times before.
