The Residency Model
Rather than booking one-off DJs for special occasions, Brown Beach House works with us on a seasonal residency model. Here’s what that looks like:
Weekly DJ Schedule We programme regular DJ sets for the pool terrace and evening lounge, with our DJs rotating to keep the sound fresh while maintaining a consistent quality level. Every set is tailored to the time of day, the venue space, and the guest demographic.
Daytime Sessions Pool and terrace sets that balance energy with relaxation. Think Balearic house, nu-disco, and organic grooves — music that makes guests want to order another cocktail, not leave.
Sunset & Evening As the light changes, so does the music. Melodic house and deep grooves build toward the evening, creating those golden-hour moments that guests photograph and share.
Event Support When the hotel hosts a private event, launch party, or special evening, we scale up with additional equipment, DJs, and technical support. Because we already know the property inside out, setup is fast and seamless.

Trogir is a UNESCO World Heritage town just 20 minutes from our Split headquarters. This proximity means we can respond quickly to last-minute requests, handle equipment swaps same-day, and maintain the sound system regularly without logistical overhead.
